Welcome to YARN Amsterdam (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and services. By purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.
Services Offered
YARN Amsterdam provides professional coaching and social media services, including:
Private Consultations: 1X (€497) or 6X (€1997) sessions.
Automated Social Media Service: €997 per account.
Full Social Media Management: €2447 per month.
Payments & Billing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and other Stripe-supported payment methods.
All prices are in EUR (€) and may include applicable taxes based on the client’s location.
Payments must be made in full before the commencement of services.
In case of failed payments, services will be paused until payment is received.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
To comply with consumer protection regulations, we offer the following refund policy:
Private Consultations:
Refunds are available if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the session.
If the session is missed or canceled within 48 hours, no refund will be issued.
Automated & Full Management Services:
These services are non-refundable once they have started.
Clients can cancel before the service start date for a full refund.
No Partial Refunds:
We do not offer partial refunds for unused services once the contract period begins.

Service Delivery
Private Consultations: Conducted via Zoom or Google Meet.
Automated Social Media Services: Content is scheduled based on the client’s frequency preferences.
Full Management: Includes content creation, scheduling, and engagement support.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide necessary access to their social media accounts (if applicable).
Clients are responsible for providing accurate details and timely communication.
We are not liable for platform-related issues such as account suspensions or bans due to client-side violations of social media policies.
Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks
If a dispute arises, clients should contact us first at a.jabur90@gmail.com.
Chargebacks without prior contact may result in account suspension.
All disputes are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Clients will be notified via email or website updates.
